Legal Assistant to the Head of Legal
Boutique Family Office – Mayfair

Martis Search is representing a boutique, Mayfair based Family Office in the search for a permanent Legal Assistant to support the Head of Legal.

This is a genuinely unique opportunity to join a growing Family Office at an early stage and to work closely with the Head of Legal under direct mentorship. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across the business, gaining broad exposure to corporate, commercial, and operational legal matters within a private capital environment.

The role offers significant responsibility, visibility, and long-term development for the right individual.

Candidate Background

Our client is open to candidates from one of the following backgrounds, provided they have a minimum of two years’ experience in corporate law and/or commercial contracts:

• A law graduate with experience in a corporate or commercial environment

• A paralegal, with completed or ongoing training contract experience, or relevant industry exposure (ideally within financial services or a corporate setting)

• A part-qualified or fully qualified lawyer with training contract experience and industry exposure (ideally within financial services or a corporate environment)

Salary & Benefits

£50,000–£80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus bonus, pension, and private healthcare.
