Senior Hedge Fund Compliance Manager (Boutique Global Macro Hedge Fund – potential to become SMF 16/ SMF 17)
The Role
Senior Hedge Fund Compliance Manager (Boutique Global Macro Hedge Fund – potential to become SMF 16/ SMF 17)
Martis Search are representing a boutique Mayfair based Hedge Fund to hire a permanent “Senior Hedge Fund Compliance Manager.”
The Hedge Fund will be growing a lot in the next few years and this is a newly created position that will report into a Senior Compliance Manager. You will not be required to manage and Compliance staff.
This is a hands-on, build and grow role for a Compliance professional who wants to make a mark and influence the Compliance function.
This is an exciting time to join the business as there is involvement (from a Compliance perspective) for new Hedge Fund launches, as well as managing and improving existing Compliance Frameworks and processes for their existing Funds.
The department is a very flat structure and this is a true “boutique” Mayfair Hedge Fund, so the learning curve, workloads and expectations are steep. However, as a result they are willing to pay and reward well.
In-our-opinion, this is an excellent opportunity.
