Wealth Management Investment Operations Analyst – Graduate calibre with some Operations experience & Advanced Excel, VBA, or Python

Martis Search are representing a boutique Mayfair based Wealth Management Asset Manager to hire a permanent “Wealth Management Investment Operations Analyst.”

Our client is open to hire a graduate calibre, ideally with some Operations experience i.e. Reconciliations, or KYC Client Onboarding and a proven aptitude with coding such as Advanced level Excel, VBA, or Python and to learn “Wealth Management Investment Operations” on the job.

Our client’s idea is that that they are willing to teach you and so that you “learn on the job” (from a highly experienced and reputable Head of Operations), but as you progress with your knowledge in the role, you will be expected to develop your IT coding skills to automate certain Operational functions; so the role has a mix of BAU and project management/ change to it.

This is a small and boutique Wealth Management company, so offers amazing exposure, a highly successful company (this is very important) a brilliant manager, a great team, lots to learn within Investment Operations (products, processes, systems) and hybrid working too.

Salary

Between £35,000 k pa – £40,000 k pa dependent upon experience, plus discretionary bonus, healthcare.
