Finance & Accounting entry-level role – Boutique Asset Manager – Urgent Temporary-to-Permanent (will look at a 2:1 + 2025/ 2026 Redbrick/ Russell Group numerate graduate, or PQ/ FQ Accountant)

Martis Search is representing a London-based boutique Asset Management firm that is looking to urgently hire a temporary-to-permanent 2:1 + numerate 2025/ 2026 Redbrick/ Russell Group graduate, or junior Accountant (either a Part-Qualified, or Fully-Qualified Accountant with no, or some Finance experience) to join their London based Finance department.

This role is best suited to a 2025, or 2026 Redbrick/ Russell Group graduate with a strong numerate background who is keen to build a long-term career in Financial Services within a fast-paced trading environment.

Please note: candidates must be able to start quickly (so no long notice periods).

In summary, the Ideal Candidate

Our client is open to:

• A bright, numerate STEM graduate (Redbrick/ Russell Group 2025/ 2026) with no prior Finance & Accounting, or Financial Services experience, who is highly motivated to learn on the job.

or

• A bright, numerate STEM graduate (Redbrick/ Russell Group 2025/ 2026) with some Finance & Accounting, or Financial Services experience, who is highly motivated to learn on the job.

or

• A Part-Qualified, or Fully-Qualified Accountant with none, or some Finance & Accounting experience who is highly motivated to learn on the job.

Working Pattern

• 5-days per week in the office initially
• After 3–6 months, the role may offer 1-day per week working from home

Technical Skills

• An aptitude for coding is highly advantageous (e.g. VBA, Python, SQL)
• Or a clear willingness and ability to self-learn technical skills on the job

Salary

• Daily-rate equivalent of between £35,000 k pa – £40,000 k pa
