Meet the Founder

Our Founder, Martin has over 18-years’ experience as a specialist Financial Services recruiter in the London market, having found over 1700 Banking Operations Analysts, as well as Finance & Accounting, Compliance & Risk specialists new positions in that time.

Previously, Martin has won several prestigious Sales awards at a Listed, global Recruitment firm and achieved the recognition of being the high-grossing Sales person in the history of their London office (which is still held to this day) and within the top-5 ever in the UK, as well as attending top global ranking status on several occasions.

This success inspired and led him to decide to branch out and leverage his skills and existing relationships by creating Martis Search.

Martin prides himself on his core values, “honesty” and “integrity”, always doing the right thing and working tirelessly to deliver his best to both clients and candidates alike.

In his spare time, Martin enjoys the pain of long-distance running, as well as music and probably watching too much Netflix (in the evening time only).
